The house is equipped with new appliances, including 7 air conditioners, a refrigerator, a gas stove with an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, a washing machine with a drying function, and a water filter on the roof. Basic furniture is included: three beds, a teak dining table with four chairs, sofas on each floor, and a small TV on the second floor. The entrance and poolside relaxation areas are covered by canopies.
